5 second rule 2What they say:  It should be easy to name 3 breeds of dogs; but can you do it under the pressure of 5 seconds twisting away? Times not on your side, so just say whatever comes to mind and risk ridiculous answers slipping out! Its all in good fun with the fast-paced family board game.

  • Age: 8+ yrs
  • Number of players: 3-6

What we say:

5 second rule

  • It requires quick thinking and answering which makes it interesting
  • You have to answer in threes which is harder and requires concentration
  • It is good that there is a switch card (so that you can turn the card to the other side and answer those questions) and a pass card (pass the card to the next person)
  • The timer isn’t very accurate because sometimes the balls don’t go at the same time and it takes longer than 5 seconds
  • Some of the questions require more knowledge to answer
  • Younger players may not understand some of  the questions
