If you think childbearing is hard on your body and mind, or if you fear you cannot handle the pain, then after reading it you will feel as being pregnant is the most natural thing in the world and instead of anxiety you will feel excited about welcoming your baby to the world. It worked for me!

I read it after having given birth, but it definitely helped me to see all process of child bearing in a different light and if I was to have another child in future I would surely try the techniques recommended by Sophie Fletcher. And for now I’ll give the book to my sister-in-law who is expecting a baby. I’m sure she’ll enjoy it as much as I did!
