A well written self help book; having not read this genre previously I was a little sceptical at first, expecting the author to use a lot of psycho babble, however, I was pleasantly surprised and found it to be a tool to help yourself towards a better life; of course willpower is a part of this process too and although I have taken some of the steps it is a book I will return to again; so if you would like to improve areas in your life and have a more balanced existence, this is the book to read. Well done Michael Heppell, a great book. 5 stars.
