Cooling homemade ice pops!

In this wonderful hot weather there really is nothing like an ice cold lolly to cool you down…

These recipes are all oh-so easy to prepare at home and they’re all made using either the Nutribullet or Dessert Bullet – simple!!!

 

Banana Crunchice pop 1

Ingredients: 

1 frozen banana diced
1 tsp. natural, raw peanut butter
2 Tbsp melted chocolate
desired toppings

Directions:

  • Allow banana to thaw according to Dessert Bullet directions.
  • Run banana through the machine and then fold in the peanut butter through the banana ice cream.
  • Add ice cream to a popsicle mold and set in freezer for at least 2 hours.
  • Once frozen, remove the popsicle from the mold and dip in the melted chocolate. Then top with your favorite toppings!

 

Citrus Cayenne Ice Pops

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons Non-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon SuperFood Protein Blend
  • 1   Banana
  • ½ Cup Peaches, frozen
  • 1   Lemon, juiced
  • ½   Lime, juiced
  • ½   Orange, peeled
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey (or Agave Nectar)

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze overnight.

 

Sweet Kale Ice Lolly

Ingredients 

  • ½ Cup Kale
  • 1   Banana
  • 1 ½ Cups Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Non-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Whey Protein Powder

    Directions

  • Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze overnight.
